$50,000 is donated to Hurricane Ian relief efforts in Florida by American Homes 4 Rent.

In order to help the areas in Florida and South Carolina affected by Hurricane Ian, American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: AMH) today announced that it had donated $50,000 to the American Red Cross and other charity organisations.

Additionally, Company employees who volunteered their time planned activities throughout the area to help with the clean-up efforts and provide goods to houses in need through different nonprofit organisations.
According to David Singelyn, co-founder and CEO of American Homes 4 Rent, “our residents and others in the Southeast are suffering in the wake of Hurricane Ian.” “You should never underestimate the emotional and financial toll a disaster has on people affected, even after the hurricane has passed and house repairs have started. We are dedicated to putting in the work and showing our citizens and neighbours what it means to be a responsible corporate partner because we care about people.”
Along with its contributions to charitable institutions, American Homes 4 Rent’s more than 100 volunteer leaders oversaw the following humanitarian initiatives.
