At the 20th Guangzhou Auto Show on December 30, 2022, GWM exhibited a wide range of models, including WEY Lanshan-PHEV, HAVAL H-DOG, POER-Shanhai, and TANK500 PHEV (the names of models for the Chinese market), as well as its potential global layout.
The first flagship six-seat intelligent SUV, the WEY Lanshan-PHEV, made its debut at the event. Unveilings included WEY Coffee 01, Coffee 02, HAVAL H6 NEV series, and HAVAL H-DOG (PHEV). A new energy off-road SUV built on an enhanced off-road super hybrid architecture, the TANK500 PHEV, was also on exhibit by GWM. And the GWM ORA series, whose clever features and chic design draw consumers’ attention from the general public.
The large-scale, high-performance luxury pickup, known as POER-Shanhai, was formally introduced, opening up a world of possibilities for the pickup driving experience. The CEO of GWM Pickup, Zhang Haobao, disclosed that this model will come in HEV and PHEV variations. Future plans for GWM Pickup include laying out new energy goods for the worldwide market and developing a matrix of pickup trucks powered entirely by electricity, a hybrid, or hydrogen. It will make an effort to rank among the top high-end picks.
