According to Mark Muller, CEO of Optasia, “Our teams are hard at work developing solutions that assist people’s everyday lives in a wide geographical variety of markets.” In our continued efforts to offer dependable solutions to the nation of Indonesia, we are building on an existing strong connection with a significant mobile operator like Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison.
Ritesh Kumar Singh, IOH’s Chief Commercial Officer, said, “IOH’s customer interaction is further strengthened by the growth of this collaboration. Tri consumers can now take advantage of the Pulsa Darurat service that benefits them thanks to this connection. When customers can’t top up right away or are out of money, they might acquire credit and data. Customers should not be concerned as they can still connect even if their credit is used up.”
