Jay Choi has been named as the organization's first Chief Product Officer. In order to strengthen Glia's position as the top Interaction Platform, this newly established function manages product strategy, product management, and product marketing under a single product team that works directly with engineering leadership.

After working as an advisor for the previous 12 months, Choi now officially joins Glia, contributing his extensive knowledge of product management, product marketing, and the advantages of combining the two.
Jay oversaw the vertical strategy for financial services during his time as Chief Strategy Officer and General Manager of AppFolio earlier in his career. Prior to that, he worked for Qualtrics as the Chief Product Officer, where he played a key role in the development of the Experience Management category and the company's ascent to the top of both the Forrester Wave and the Gartner Magic Quadrant. Before taking on the role of CPO, Choi oversaw Qualtrics' Employee Experience division, increasing revenues from $50 million to $350 million in annual recurring revenue and raising the renewal rate from 70% to 90%.
