Tango, a desktop and browser extension that creates how-to manuals for you as you work, has been named one of Inc. Magazine's Best Workplaces of 2023. The ranking is an exhaustive evaluation of American businesses that, whether locally or virtually, have excelled in creating outstanding work environments and corporate cultures.
Ken Babcock, Tango's CEO and Co-Founder, said, "We are honoured to be recognised by Inc. as a 2023 Best Workplace with some of the most dynamic, people-centric firms. Since Tango was started in 2020, "we've built a lot of amazing products and features, but the most important thing we've built is a culture and team that enable these products to come to life."

At Tango, all staff members said they felt appreciated.
One of the winners chosen from among the tens of thousands of entries is Tango, a 40-person company that operates entirely remotely. Each nominated company completed a Quantum Workplace employee survey, which assessed the organization's management performance, benefits, employee development, and general culture. Benefits were audited as well to establish the final ranking and score. At Tango, all employees said they felt appreciated by the company and 96% said they were very engaged at work.
