A minority and women-owned business headquartered in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Strategic Consulting Partners (SCP) has been honored as a recipient of the inaugural Empowering Women Award for 2023.
This year's Empowering Women Award was presented to Strategic Consulting Partners, a minority, woman-owned business, for their outstanding work in empowering women.
This award recognizes companies and organizations that have a strong commitment to supporting and empowering women in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. The Empowering Women event aims to highlight tangible and innovative efforts by companies, nonprofits, and other organizations to advance women both at work and in society. The Empowering Women honorees have been selected by a panel of judges comprised of the leadership teams from the Lehigh Valley Business Journal and Central Penn Business Journal.
The Empowering Women Award was established to recognize companies and organizations in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania that demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting and empowering women. As part of Empowering Women, companies, nonprofits, and other organizations showcase tangible and innovative efforts to advance women in the workplace, community, and world around them. As part of the Empowering Women program, a panel of judges made up of the leadership teams of the Lehigh Valley Business Journal and Central Penn Business Journal selected the Empowering Women honorees.

It is our aim at Strategic Consulting Partners to live out our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility by hiring a workforce of 21 people, 76% of whom are female. As a female founder since 1994, Gould has hired more than 100 women. Within the firm, four of the five departments are currently run by women.
