It is reported that Truecaller AB (publ) (LEI code 549300TEYF1FA5G5GK26) has repurchased in total 1,035,000 of its own B shares (ISIN: SE0016787071) as part of the share buyback program initiated by the board of directors between 6 November 2023 and 10 November 2023.
There are a number of share buybacks planned as part of the share buyback programme announced by Truecaller on 7 June 2023. The share buyback programme will run between 7 June and the 2024 Annual General Meeting in May 2024, and will be carried out in accordance with the Stockholm Act. 
It has been approved by the Board of Directors to buy back B-shares until the Annual General Meeting of 2024, which is the date by which the Board will purchase B-shares. The new authorization means that buybacks may be made so that the company's shareholding does not exceed ten (10) percent of the total number of shares in the company outstanding as of the date of the annual general meeting.
In order to make all acquisitions on Truecaller's behalf, Carnegie has conducted them on Nasdaq Stockholm. As a result of the above acquisitions, Truecaller had 23.066.533 B shares and 5.600.000 C-shares in its own portfolio as of 17 November 2023. This represented 7.52 percent of the outstanding share capital as of that date. As of the 31st of November, Truecaller has a total number of 381.187.504 shares outstanding and 352.520.971 shares outstanding excluding own shares.
