Hexagon AB's Nomination Committee proposes that Annika Falkengren and Ralph Haupter be elected as new independent members to Hexagon's Board of Directors at the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 29 April 2024 as members of Hexagon's Board of Directors.Having worked in the financial industry for over a decade, Annika Falkengren brings a wealth of experience to the table that is hard to match. As a former President and CEO of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB), Falkengren became the Managing Partner of the Swiss private bank Lombard Odier in 2017. The Swiss-born Annika Falkengren, upon joining Hexagon's board of directors, will be the chair of the Audit Committee.Having worked in the international software industry for more than 25 years, Ralph Haupter is the President of Microsoft EMEA. Aside from his time at Microsot, Ralph has been President of China and Asia, as well as other senior roles across Asia and Europe. Prior to joining, he was employed by IBM for 13 years.
