The player takes on the role of Toru Sumiki, who is the protagonist of the story, a shisha shop owner. One of the key visuals for Hookah Haze was revealed during the Live Premiere session of Indie Live Expo 2023 Winter. The trailer captured the essence of the game. The key visual for Hookah Haze was revealed at the Live Premiere segment. In the visuals, the three heroines are seen - Amu Aigami, Kurumi Komori, and Kokoro Meigetsuin - happily consuming shisha, as the protagonist, Toru Sumiki, looks on warmly.

A key visual for Hookah Haze was unveiled today during Indie Live Expo 2023 Winter as a part of the Live Premiere segment.
