Multiconsult ASA – initiate offer to buy back shares
In order to support its employee incentive programmes or to make use of consideration in connection with acquisitions, Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI) has decided to initiate a share buyback programme to buy back up to 650 000 of its own shares on the market. During the buyback, a reverse bookbuilding process will be employed, led by ABG Sundal Collier, who will oversee the implementation of the buyback.Period of bookbuilding: The bookbuilding period will begin immediately and is scheduled to end at 16:30 (CET) today, 4 December 2023. The company reserves the right to close or extend the period without notice at any time.Offerings for sales:Shareholders are able to submit irrevocable sales offers to ABG Sundal Collier at +47 22 01 60 12. The company will accept and accumulate orders for sales and standard commissions will be applied.In the event that received sales offers exceed 650 000 shares at or below the accepted price by the company, then a pro-rata reduction will be conducted, and all selling shareholders will receive the final purchase price of 650 000 shares.It should be noted that the company reserves the right to buy back fewer shares, terminate the offer, or make amendments to the volume or other terms specified in this offer in the future.As determined by Multiconsult's Annual General Meeting on 13 April 2023, the company will conduct a share buyback in accordance with the mandate provided by the AGM.
