Axcelis Announces Shipments of Purion XE High Energy and Purion H High Current Implanters to DRAM Memory Chipmakers

Axcelis Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACLS), a leading supplier of innovative, high-productivity solutions for the semiconductor industry, announced today that the Purion XETM high energy and Purion HTM high current implanters are being shipped to several semiconductor factories in Korea and China for manufacturing DRAM memory devices. We plan to ship the following systems in the fourth quarter of 2023 to an existing customer in Korea, and to penetrate a new customer in China. These systems will be shipped in the fourth quarter of 2023.
