According to the Board of Directors, between 8 January 2024 and 12 January 2024, Concentric AB (LEI code 5493002G9GMTKIP3PW19) ("Concentric") repurchased a total of 21,384 own shares (ISIN: SE0003950864) as part of the repurchase program initiated by the Board of Directors.
As part of the repurchase program announced by Concentric on 26 July 2023, a maximum of 3,519,172 of its own shares will be purchased for a total of SEK 150,000,000, as part of the program. As part of the repurchase program, which will take place between 31 July 2023 and 31 March 2024, it is being carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 as well as the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052.

According to the above acquisitions, Concentric's holding of own shares as of 12 January 2024 is 951,464 shares, which were all acquired on Nasdaq Stockholm by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB on behalf of Concentric. As of the 12 January 2024, Concentric has a total of 38,297,600 shares in its company, including its own shares. The company also has 37,346,136 shares outstanding, excluding its own shares.
