The team comes from Moses Singer, where Malek served on the Management Committee and led both the Healthcare & Life Sciences and Healthcare Privacy & Cybersecurity practices. These three lawyers were all part of MS Strategic Solutions, a consulting firm that specialized in clinical research, data privacy, digital healthcare, and life sciences. As a student at Fordham University, Waleski received his undergraduate degree and his law degree from Rutgers School of Law.
