Aside from its marble-and-glass rectangle overlooking the Huangpu River, the Museum of Art Pudong (MAPlaunch )’s in 2021 was a tremendous success thanks to its world-class opening exhibitions by the British Tate, the Spanish Fundacio Joan Miro, and the Chinese fireworks artist Cai Guoqiang.
The Dynamic Eye: Op and Kinetic Art from the Tate Collection debuted at the MAP in the Lujiazui district on September 30, 2022.
According to the Information Office of Shanghai Pudong New Area People’s Government, the MAP is thus featured among eight tourist routes that the Pudong government has revealed.
The pathways known as “Pudong in the Eyes of Expats” are intended specifically for foreigners, as their name implies.
Statistics reveal Over 400 multinational corporations have regional headquarters in Pudong, together with over 100,000 foreign workers. The itineraries take guests through several facets of Pudong’s appeal, from the historic water town to the second-tallest structure in the world, or from the humming commercial districts to the ecological parks.
