Capital Architectural Signs (CAS), a full-service sign company and installer with more than 25 years of experience fabricating and installing high-end wayfinding and ADA signage packages, has been acquired by Facility Solutions Group, Inc. (FSG), it was announced today.

FSG will combine the personnel, tools, and services from CAS into its current Signs division in Austin to form a single, all-inclusive organisation. The partnership combines specialised knowledge to enhance the value proposition for both current and potential clients. Without the necessity for subcontracting, FSG’s Signs section will now provide clients with full interior and exterior sign packages and services.
For the purpose of enhancing the value proposition for current and potential clients, FSG bought Capital Architectural Signs.
Both FSG and CAS leadership have voiced enthusiasm for the arrangement. “Our two businesses’ complementing nature is simply remarkable.
