Mark Flaharty has joined Piano, a prominent digital experience platform, as its new chief revenue officer (CRO).
Over the past ten years of his work, Flaharty has assisted in scaling multinational technology companies from their infancy to maturity. David Gosen, the former CRO of Piano, has retired after three years of exemplary work developing the company’s revenue team.
The CEO of Piano, Trevor Kaufman, stated, “As Piano continues to develop so quickly, we felt we needed a leader not just to motivate our sales staff but to engage in strategic planning.” “Mark exudes great wisdom, but he also exudes an obvious love for the Piano brand and the wide range of prospects that lie ahead of us. As we go into the next stage of expansion, I’m overjoyed to have him on board.
Recently, Flaharty collaborated with the founders of Criteo, SundaySky, and Glassbox to expand those companies’ global operations and improve regional performance. He began his career in the digital era working in sales leadership positions for Google, Yahoo, and YouTube during these companies’ most revolutionary times.
With Piano’s continued growth, Flaharty will be in charge of the revenue organisation. He will be in charge of a top-performing sales staff that is dispersed over three continents, and he will set the bar for the most competitive sales and revenue target setting and achievement.
