Neolith, which in 2023 became an official partner of the Michelin Guide for Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Germany, sponsored the Michelin Guide Italy Gala Party at the Franciacorta Golf Club, reaffirming its status as a global authority on haute cuisine and many of the restaurants awarded Michelin Stars.
Following the Gala Party, over 250 guests enjoyed live cooking demonstrations by nationally renowned chefs in a special setting made of Neolith sintered stone, which was decorated with the Neolith Himalaya Crystal model and covered the counters where the chefs prepared and served their tastiest dishes. The chefs in question were Antonino Cannavacciuolo of Villa Crespi, which had just received the third Michelin Star (3), and Riccardo Scalvinoni of Il Colmetto, which had recently received the Green Star. Soga Katsumi of IYO and Chicco and Bobo Cerea of Michelin restaurant Da Vittorio (3) also participated in the presentation.
The greatest ally of the Michelin Stars is Neolith.
In the best restaurants with Michelin Stars, neolith sintered stone surfaces have become a “must.” Neolith adds design, functionality, hygiene, resistance, and ease of cleaning to its exceptional beauty and personalizability. Durability and adaptability abound, supporting and enhancing every type of design and decoration, from the most cutting-edge to the more conventional ones.
