With the help of AI and ML, Atrinet has announced that their Open Cloud-native Network Automation Framework, NetACE, will be integrated with ServiceNow to facilitate the seamless introduction of cutting-edge tools and autonomous network management for their clients. Eventually this year, you’ll be able to find the Integrations in the ServiceNow Store.
For starters, we’ve linked up ServiceNow’s configuration management database (CMDB) with their telecom network inventory (TNI) and NetACE’s auto-discovery and reconciliation features. It will enable end-to-end network visibility and topology mapping to the ServiceNow CMDB, enabling for autonomous inventory data assurance and closed-loop automation.
The second will involve ServiceNow’s TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management), along with NetACE’s FM (Fault Management) and PM (Performance Management) systems (PM). Actionable intelligence and contextual workflows for remediation and proactive customer care will be made possible thanks to the integration’s monitoring, analysis, and visibility into network service-affecting conditions.
For the third integration, we’ll combine the power of ServiceNow’s Order Management for Telecommunication (OMT) with that of NetACE’s Unified Service Activation & Fulfillment to speed up the process of activating and fulfilling resources and services from any vendor or using any technology.
