Hughes Selected as Managed Digital Signage Provider by Dirty Dough Cookie Co.

Dirty Dough, a franchise with a mission and a reputation for rich, multilayered cookies, has chosen Hughes Network Systems, LLC (HUGHES) to implement digital menu boards, promotional displays, and employee communication screens in its rapidly expanding locations.

The gooey, super-stuffed cookies that have made Dirty Dough famous will be displayed and promoted through a rotating assortment of flavours using Hughes managed digital signage technology. The Hughes system will link with Dirty Dough’s point-of-sale system for smoother operations and show selected customer comments from online reviews, both of which will improve the in-store experience.

Dirty Dough’s v.p. of operations, Wade Rasmussen, has remarked of Hughes’ managed digital signage solution, “It will help us create a consistent brand and product experience across sites as we continue to develop.” We were looking for a long-term, reliable partner, and we got that in Hughes, who provided us with a cutting-edge, all-inclusive turnkey solution.

Hughes vice president Mike Tippetts: “We take pride in partnering with entrepreneurial organisations like Dirty Dough, delivering digital solutions that help them innovate, transform, and grow their businesses.” For example, “the Dirty Dough crew simply changes digital menu and promotion boards — and even interactive kiosks — using our MediaSignage cloud-based content management system (CMS) for hosting and distribution.”
