Nehal Patel will be in charge of the organization’s Customer Success team, according to a recent announcement from Fetcher, the top full-service sourcing automation platform.

Patel has spent the last 14 years assisting Fortune 500 firms in maximising the potential of platforms in the AdTech and MarTech sectors. In order to maximise platform ROI, she has worked in startups to establish and develop customer interaction strategies and processes.
