Michael P. Doss has joined the board of directors of Regal Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RRX), the company announced today. It is planned for his initial term on the board to last through the annual shareholders meeting in 2023. The Company also disclosed an increase in the number of directors on the board from ten to eleven.
Since 2015, Mr. Doss has held these positions at Graphic Packaging Holding Firm, a $9.4 billion publicly traded company that is a market leader in the design and production of consumer product packaging. Before that position, Mr. Doss served in positions at Graphic Packaging from 1990 to 2015 in progressively more complex capacities, including Chief Operating Officer (2013–2015), Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations (2012–2013), Senior Vice President, Consumer Packaging (2008–2012), Senior Vice President, Food and Consumer Products Packaging (2006–2008), Vice President, Operations, Universal Packaging (2003–2006), Director Web Systems, Universal Packaging (2000–2003), and Plant Manager (1990-2000). In addition to serving on the boards of the American Forest & Paper Association, the Sustainable Forest Initiative, the Paper Recycling Coalition, the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and the Atlanta Metro Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Doss served as a director of Sealed Air Corporation from 2020 to 2022. Mr. Doss graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.S. in Industrial Marketing and an M.B.A.
