On December 30, Tomato Galaxy, one of the first multi-brand interactive virtual reality (VR) worlds, had its formal debut on Meta Horizon Worlds. The universe was designed by designers at Vidyuu, and the project is being managed by Tomato US, a division of BlueFocus Intelligent Communications Group Co., Ltd (BlueFocus) (SHE:300058).
On Meta Quest 2, players can explore more than 10,000 different worlds on the social VR platform Meta Horizon Worlds. Users can engage with ten brands in the tomato-themed universe of Tomato Galaxy, including ECOVACS, Hisense, Lilysilk, Xtep, IQOO, Ugreen, Wave, Smileader, Moody, and OSOTEK.
The four planets that make up Tomato Galaxy are Spaceship Tour, Day Hemisphere, Night Hemisphere, and Tomato Eye. To open the enchanted portals that link the worlds, players must complete minigames and gather Tomato Energy, a crucial resource.
Director and Head of Reseller Business at Meta, Andrew Wong, stated: “It is one of the most intricate worlds in Meta Horizon Worlds that I have ever encountered. It can be thought of as an interactive brand gallery and provides a better user experience. This is a really novel development for Horizon Worlds.”
Tomato Galaxy is more than just a computer game. Along with entertaining gaming, it provides unmatched brand immersion. The first multi-brand interactive virtual reality (VR) world from Tomato Galaxy has launched on Meta Horizon Worlds. “Many brands have already built their own worlds in Meta Horizon Worlds, but we haven’t seen any world containing multiple brands of different categories,” said Joy Guo, Project Manager of Tomato Galaxy.
