INFOLOB Solutions, Inc. announces the conclusion of the corporate reorganisation, effective January 1, 2023, marking a significant step toward its goal of providing perfect Oracle infra and apps services and solutions to international enterprises.
INFOLOB Global, Inc. and INFOLOB Solutions, Inc. are now two distinct legal organisations as a result of the company’s restructuring. The new business, INFOLOB Global, Inc., is formed through an intercompany reorganisation procedure and will use the www.infolob.com domain and the current “INFOLOB” brand. In NA, EMEA, and LATAM, the organisation will concentrate on Oracle Cloud infrastructure, cloud apps, data, and digital practise areas.
On the other side, under the direction of Nivas Nadimpalli as the Chief Executive Officer, the previous company, INFOLOB Solutions, Inc., will keep its emphasis on IT consulting and staffing services.
