Coway names Jangwon Seo as its sole CEO Coway Co., Ltd., “The Best Life Solution Company,” stated today that it would switch from a co-CEO structure to a lone-CEO system for its administration. Due to the retirement of his co-CEO, Hae-Sun Lee, who will take on the role of a Part-Time Advisor on February 6th, 2023, Jangwon Seo will take over as the company’s sole CEO.

Seo thereafter held the positions of Chief Investment Officer, Chief Communications Officer, and the representative of the Netmarble Cultural Foundation at Netmarble Corp. Prior to assuming his position as co-CEO in January 2021, he joined Coway as the company’s chief financial officer. The company’s new single CEO has a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Westminster College.
