Vestal, Wesley Commissioning Agents Inc. (CAI) announced that Wesley Vestal has been appointed CAI’s Chief People Officer and has joined the company leadership team.

Wesley will be in charge of overseeing CAI’s global human resources team in this position. He will draw on his experience in strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and system implementation to transform clients’ human performance strategies and reduce risk while fostering operational excellence.
In both the US and internationally, Mr. Vestal has over 20 years of experience designing straightforward, practical, and successful human resources initiatives. He has worked with executive teams to find creative solutions to difficult problems in order to produce the best results.

He previously held the positions of Vice President of the Global Talent Center of Excellence and Corporate Human Resources at Weatherford Inc., where he oversaw a team of 52 experts who supported 20,000 employees across the company with programmes for technical development, talent management, and leadership development. He was a pioneer in arranging an effective HR response to the COVID-19 epidemic at Weatherford, converting technical and sales training to online delivery in just two weeks, implementing best practises for remote work, and creating back-to-office protocols.
