Breeze, SkySlope’s disclosure solution, has been added to Oregon Real Estate Forms, LLC’s (OREF) lineup of member benefits following the company’s successful introduction of SkySlope Forms in the fall of 2021.
OREF is an organisation with its main office in Eugene, Oregon, with more than 18,000 members that creates and authorises top-notch real estate transaction and advice forms for Oregon real estate professionals. Over a year ago, the organisation first went to SkySlope to reimagine how agents would interact with digital forms.

Breeze combines fill-in-the-blank disclosure forms, such as Oregon’s Seller’s Property Disclosure Statement (SPDS), into user-friendly processes that lead sellers through simple questions in an effort to streamline the time-consuming, jargon-heavy disclosures process. Backend form sections are filled out by sellers’ responses, resulting in finished disclosure forms that agents can formally submit for approval.
