Matrix Organizational Structure

Accenture’s high-performance business approach is solely based on its consulting, technology, and outsourcing experience in helping clients improve their performance. Its Matrix organizational structure, which works on a project basis, is the key to this. Each project at Accenture is overseen by a project manager and a functional manager.

As a result, each employee or project worker is overseen by two managers who guarantee that work is completed in a timely and effective manner.

Work Culture

While Accenture appears to be a merciless and robust clockwork machine from the outside, we can perceive a very pleasant and comfortable work culture within the company. Cultural diversity is encouraged, and team-building initiatives are prioritized in keeping with Accenture’s core objective of attracting, developing, and retaining the finest personnel for their organization.
