AERKOMM Inc, (Euronext: AKOM, [OTCQX: AKOM]), an innovative satellite communication technology company providing solutions to the public and private sectors, has signed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with a US-listed Special Purpose Acquisition Company, a publicly traded Special Purpose Acquisition Company, regarding the possibility of merging with a major US exchange so that AERKOMM can move its stock market listing.
