In addition to Sephora, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bath & Body Works, and H&M, the 30,000 square foot store will be situated in Southlands. M & J Wilkow own and operate Southlands, which is conveniently situated off of E-470 and Smoky Hill Road in Aurora, Colorado. With the opening of this new site, Nordstrom will run eight Nordstrom Rack locations in Colorado in addition to two Nordstrom locations. The store is slated to open in the autumn of 2023.
