In his role, Fulton will oversee the continued evolution of Blues' go-to-market strategy in the global IIoT market, as well as facilitate the ongoing growth of the company's customer and partnership ecosystem.

As someone with over 25 years of experience in the IIoT, Fulton has built and led businesses spanning software platforms, connected hardware, and end-customer solutions and applications, which has given him a unique perspective on what customers and partners require in order for their IIoT initiatives to grow rapidly. 
In the short term, Fulton will focus on establishing a strong foundation for the company's long-term growth, which includes overseeing the company's ongoing expansion in priority market verticals, increasing awareness of Blues, as well as facilitating the creation of a vibrant partner ecosystem.

The most recent position Fulton held was as head of Semtech's IoT division, where he developed an ecosystem-driven approach that led to LoRaWAN becoming the leading global low-power connectivity solution for industrial and consumer IoT applications from an enterprising technology. 
As a prior position, he was responsible for product management, technology & alliances for Hitachi's Lumada Industrial IoT platform, establishing an ecosystem of customers and partners that included both Hitachi OpCos and leading providers of industrial products and services.. Fulton was responsible for the incubation of Microsoft's IoT business in his earlier career as well as supporting the growth of the Azure IoT developer ecosystem by providing tools that allowed developers to develop, deploy, and manage end-to-end IoT applications across a variety of technologies and platforms in his early career.
