China Literature Limited Announces Changes to its Management Team

China Literature Limited ("China Literature" or "the Company," stock code: 0772), a prominent online platform for the incubation of literature and intellectual property in China, announced today that Mr Cheng Wu has resigned from his roles as the company's CEO and executive director due to a change in his personal life plans. In the interim, the Board of Directors has chosen Mr Hou Xiaonan, the Company's President, as CEO. He will be in charge of the Company's operations and growth as well as the ongoing cooperation with business partners, such as Tencent, throughout the sector.

As CEO and President of China Literature, respectively, Mr. Cheng Wu and Mr. Hou Xiaonan joined the organisation in April 2020. They have also crystallised the company's vision and mission under the new "China Literature Plus" strategy, paving the way for the company's future expansion.
