(TSX: BBTV), (OTCQX: BBTVF), (Frankfurt: 64V) (“BBTV” or the “Company”), today announced it has reached an agreement to provide comprehensive Content Management solutions to the leading Hispanic Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Sports Franchise, Combate Global.

Combate Global will receive solutions for YouTube rights management, channel management, and content development from BBTV as part of its comprehensive content management offerings.

Following the sports franchise’s newly announced MMA reality competition show “Combate Global Exclusivo” on TelevisaUnivision’s ViX+ OTT subscription platform, the arrangement further develops Combate Global’s constantly expanding digital strategy.

The transaction maintains BBTV’s momentum in the sports vertical following the signing of The Harlem Globetrotters in September. Content Management is a crucial and expanding component of BBTV’s Plus Solutions and continues to represent one of the Company’s primary growth areas and greatest gross margins.
