The company announced today that Connor Harrington, son of Phil Harrington, will succeed his father, Phil Harrington, as the company's next Chief Executive Officer, effective today. Kuder, Inc. As the Chairman of the Board, Phil, who created and led Kuder for 27 years, will be transitioning into this position.
Connor has assumed the CEO role at Kuder after holding a variety of positions within the company in sales, marketing, business intelligence, and most recently as the company's chief revenue officer.

Aside from working at Kuder, Connor spent many years in various roles within the EdTech industry, Collegis Education. After earning his bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, he studied family business at the University of St. Thomas. In his first days back at Kuder, Connor has worked with Phil, Kuder's President, Erin Milroy, and the Executive Council on strategic planning, operations, and partnership development.
