A two-day Design Thinking workshop facilitated at the Rite Aid Innovation Center by Controltek, a global leader in retail asset protection, RFID inventory tracking, and tamper-evident packaging, was held recently by Controltek, a global leader in retail asset protection, RFID inventory and asset tracking, and tamper-evident packaging. In an effort to build a safer and more enjoyable shopping environment, the event brought Rite Aid's Asset Protection (AP) teams together with industry solution providers to collaboratively address challenges and find innovative solutions for creating.
The Design Thinking Workshop was held at the Rite Aid Innovation Center with the purpose of encouraging creative problem-solving among industry professionals and fostering a collaborative spirit among them. In an effort to engage in a dynamic exploration of the challenges faced within their stores, Rite Aid, a trusted and well-established pharmacy-led health and wellness company, invited its solution providers and its AP team to participate.
The Interim Vice President of Asset Protection of Rite Aid, Chad McIntosh, expressed enthusiasm about the workshop, stating that, "The Two-Day Design Thinking workshop provided an excellent opportunity for solution providers and the Rite Aid Asset Protection team to engage in a dialogue in order to create an environment that is safer and more enjoyable for our valued customers and dedicated employees.
