The board of directors of Dell Technologies (NYSE: DELL) has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per common share, which will be paid on February 3 to shareholders of record as of January 25.

Following the board’s acceptance of a dividend policy in February of this year, Dell started paying a quarterly cash dividend in April.
