After thirty years of dedicated service to the Board, and five as its Chairman, John Cassaday has announced his retirement on February 15, 2023. Don will then assume the role of Board Chair.

Mr. Cassaday expressed his excitement over the appointment of Don as Vice Chair and future Chair of the Board. Don has served as a Board member for 12 years and as chair of the Management Resources and Compensation Committee for the past 4 years. The Board unanimously agrees that he is a capable global business leader with extensive experience in Asia.
