With AWS and DXC working together, we will be able to redefine what is possible for enterprise customers and enable them to succeed for years to come," said AWS CEO Adam Selipsky. "Enterprises that embrace the cloud see immediate benefits such as increased innovation, lower costs, and the ability to create new and differentiated growth opportunities for their company. AWS is committed to partnering with DXC to transform its service delivery into a cloud-centric model by training more than 15,000 professionals on AWS.
During this multi-year expansion of their partnership, DXC and AWS will work together on three key strategic elements that will benefit customers in the long run:
Customers are increasingly transforming their core business platforms from on-premises environments, which are typical of legacy IT outsourcing, to the flexibility, reliability, and scalability of the cloud, which offers them greater flexibility, reliability, and scaleability than on-premises environments. With the help of DXC and Amazon Web Services, we will be scaling our migration methodologies, solution accelerators, and our combined expertise in large-scale cloud migrations. In order to assist these customers on their modernization journeys, DXC and Amazon Web Services will continue to work with them jointly after the initial migration.
