Los Alamitos, California, May 10, 2023 --On May 9, Epson, a leader in worldwide technology, held a ribbon-cutting event at its new Los Alamitos headquarters at 3131 Katella Avenue. Mayor of Los Alamitos Tanya Doby, CEO of Epson America Keith Kratzberg, and Director of Seiko Epson Koichi Kubota all spoke during the ceremony. Community representatives and non-profit leaders were also present, along with local government representatives Ana Lasso from the California Office of Sustainability and Zechariah Jauregui from U.S. House of Representatives District 45.

Epson celebrates the opening of its new Los Alamitos headquarters, which focuses on cooperation, productivity, and sustainability.

The new site serves as Epson's corporate headquarters for the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Here, operations for visual communications, wearable technology, robotics, microdevices, and manufacturing are managed. More than 80% of Epson's workforce participates in a cutting-edge hybrid programme, and the company still allows its workers who spend six days a month in the office the option of working remotely. The site also has a hoteling workspace concept, which significantly reduces the amount of space needed for personnel. This made it possible to create an expanded Executive Briefing Centre, which now serves as a cutting-edge location to host clients, partners, and community members.

"The cutting-edge Epson campus embodies the lessons we've learned from moving during a pandemic around the world. We have optimised the area using Epson technologies to increase productivity, promote collaboration, and prioritise sustainability, community participation, and work-life balance for employees, added Kratzberg. "Our recently built Executive Briefing Centre serves as a hub for Epson team members and partners, offering a setting in which we can envision and develop efficient strategies for future business successes."

The Epson Campus is the physical manifestation of the Epson 25 Renewed Corporate Vision and how Epson America represents our goal, in addition to increasing operations to more than 150,000 square feet in a two-building, environmentally conscious complex. Orange County was the ideal place for the transfer because it has one of the state's top job markets and one of the most diversified populations.

"We warmly welcome Epson and its employees to the Los Alamitos business community and believe their presence will support a wide range of local businesses, as well as bring new jobs and investment opportunities to the area," stated Mayor Tanya Doby. I fully believe in the people and community of Los Alamitos, and I welcome our continued cooperation in fostering the region's development and prosperity.

The new Epson campus demonstrates Epson's dedication to workplace cooperation, integrated sustainability, and local community involvement:

"Our new corporate headquarters is more than just a structure; it stands for a dedication to development, innovation, and excellence. With modern facilities and cutting-edge technology, we are better able to provide our customers with top-notch goods and services, said Kratzberg.
