Asuene Inc., a leading climate technology company in Japan, has established its first international subsidiary in Singapore, called Asuzero Singapore Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter “Asuzero Singapore”). Positioning the subsidiary as a focal point for its business expansion in APAC, Asuene begins full-scale provision of “Asuzero,” the cloud-based climate platform for measuring, reporting, and reducing carbon emissions as well as a one-stop service for decarbonization

Asuene’s ever-evolving service lines now include English support and the product Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) function. Asuene’s next target is to become Asia’s No. 1 climate tech. It has been introduced to more than 500 companies in Japan.

The “Singapore Green Plan 2030” was published by the Singaporean government in 2021, outlining specific goals for sustainability in the island nation, including CO2 emission reduction targets and the promotion of green finance. The Singapore Exchange (SGX) has also announced that it will gradually require listed companies to disclose GHG emissions.

Asuene has established Asuzero Singapore to contribute to the decarbonization of all of Asia by advancing CO2-measuring and reduction initiatives from Singapore. Companies based in Singapore are frequently in charge of the entire APAC region as a hub for business activities.
