Krista Bessinger has been appointed as Head of Investor Relations (IR), with the responsibility of defining and overseeing a comprehensive, strategic IR program for the Company. Prior to joining Genpact, Bessinger worked in several senior IR roles, including as head of IR and ESG (environment, social, and governance) functions for Twitter, from the company's IPO through its acquisition in 2022, including as the company's head of IR.. Prior to joining Twitter, she was Senior Director, Investor Relations at Zynga, and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for YouTube at Google before joining Twitter.. Before joining Amerindo Investment Advisors, she was a sell-side research analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, covering the Internet and software sectors, as well as a buy-side research analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. A graduate of Smith College, Bessinger holds a bachelor's degree with honors. As Chief Marketing Officer, Caitlin Blewett will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Genpact's marketing efforts, including reinforcing and growing the brand, reputation, and awareness of Genpact by implementing innovative marketing strategies to assist in the company's business objectives.. With over 20 years of global B2B and B2C marketing experience, Blewett previously managed Deloitte's Marketing Strategy Center of Excellence and its Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications divisions for more than a decade.. In addition to her expertise in brand building, revenue growth, and organizational change, she has also worked across sectors such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Technology, and Consumer Packaged Goods. As part of her management experience, she has led award-winning, cross-disciplinary teams at WPP and Publicis Groupe. He has a bachelor's degree in journalism, advertising, and communications from Indiana University, where he majored in journalism.
