HundredX Partners with Forbes to Create 2024 Best Brands for Customer Service Rankings

According to HundredX Inc., a customer insights and strategy firm, the 2024 Best Customer Service Brands List was announced today in partnership with Forbes. Based on over four million pieces of consumer feedback collected on over 3,000 businesses over the past year, HundredX has compiled a list identifying the top 300 brands for customer service based on HundredX data.
COMPANIES AT THE TOP
This year's top five brands for overall best customer service outperformed competitors in all categories measured, including people, speed, service quality, problem resolution, and speed to market. A list of this year's top five is listed below.
Those 300 companies on this year's list are winning over customers based on the quality of service they provide, with a strong connection to the likelihood of customers purchasing from them again in the future. The honorees include brands in a wide range of industries, from quick serve and sit-down restaurants to airlines and credit card companies.

In order to compile the Best Brands for Customer Service List, we take a holistic approach to customer service, exploring a brand's people, technology, and processes from the customer's point of view. While service-related dimensions vary by industry, consumers generally provide feedback for the following categories:
