A former CEO of Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, Max Roberts joins IFS after leading the UK business and the EMEA organization to significant success. Over the course of the last 25 years, his career has been centered around technology, in particular enterprise software, in which he has held a variety of leadership roles, such as those at Oracle, Salesforce, and Stripe. He is also a non-executive director of UK Finance.
During his first year as IFS's COO, Roberts will work with the executive and wider leadership teams to develop the company's long-term strategic product and service portfolio as well as its long-term strategic alliances and partnerships.. In order to achieve sustainable revenue growth and margin growth for the company, IFS's priorities will be aligned to continue to drive innovation that not only meets customer needs, but also anticipates and responds to market demands and deliver sustained revenue growth and margin growth for the company.. Belinda Finch joins IFS from mobile giant Three, where, as CIO, she led the company's digital transformation program and worked closely with their product teams to develop new systems that would improve customer experience. Besides being an experienced senior leader at Centrica and Vodafone, Finch has also held senior positions at Accenture and KPMG in the past.
It has been acknowledged that Belinda's leadership values have been recognized with accolades such as the Women in Tech Excellence Awards 2022, the CIO of the Year Finalist award and the MVNO's World Congress Woman of the Year award in the year 2023.
It is the responsibility of Finch as IFS CIO to oversee the company's digital transformation journey and work with the executive leadership team to maximize the adoption of artificial intelligence across the entire organization to drive productivity and effectiveness as the company strives to provide an outstanding customer experience as well.
