Poore, who is now moving from the position of Sales Director UKI to the role of CEO, is a testament to her consistent performance since joining IFS in 2016. She will be responsible for leading IFS UK and Ireland towards further growth through customer-centric strategies and revenue generation in her new role. As a result of her appointment, IFS is clearly demonstrating its commitment to nurturing talent and promoting the development of strong, diverse leadership within the organization. 
Poore is a strong leader and a customer-centric individual who has demonstrated her ability to understand the customer needs throughout her eight-year tenure at IFS. Aside from her impressive track record of being named Global Sales Director of the Year in 2022, Poore is also the founder of the Women in ERP Podcast, a platform dedicated to advocating for diversity in the technology industry. 
Stephanie has been promoted to Managing Director for the UK and Ireland following a series of significant appointments of female leaders at IFS, including Belinda Finch (Chief Information Officer), Cathie Hall (Chief Customer Officer), and Hoda Mansour (Chief Operating Officer, APJ, MEA).
