Jacobs Secures Water and Wastewater Utilities Renewal Contract in New Mexico

As part of the renewal of the contract, Jacobs (NYSE:J) is responsible for the operations and maintenance (O&M) of the City of Farmington's wastewater treatment plants, surface water treatment plants, wastewater collection systems, as well as the distribution of drinking water.
As part of this new contract, Jacobs has included Aqua DNA, a Digital OneWater solution from Jacobs' suite of products to assist utilities in addressing climate change, tightening regulations, workforce shortages, and operational efficiency as well as responding to operational needs.. In addition to supporting resiliency efforts and providing contingency planning for the community of nearly 50,000 people, located on the Colorado Plateau at the junction of three rivers, Jacobs will utilize Aqua DNA to monitor collection system levels, adjust operations to prevent overflows, and improve energy efficiency for the community of nearly 50,000 people.
