Allen is a logistics tycoon and former CEO of DHL Express.
One of the most seasoned logistics executives in the business, Allen spent 36 years in various positions and capacities with the Deutsche Post DHL Group, including 13 years as a board member and three years as the CEO of DHL eCommerce solutions. He offers considerable expertise in leadership in the Express and eCommerce segments. He is best recognised for having led the global transformation of DHL Express for a decade. He has also written books on how simplicity and concentration in business can elevate an organisation to a level of excellence.
