It has been announced today that Lumin Fitness, the World's Smartest Fitness Studio, has signed a 13-unit development agreement with Verge Fit Holdings ("Verge"), which will be the first franchise in the company's history. In addition to launching the brand in late 2023, this inaugural franchise agreement contains detailed plans for expansion into key Texas markets such as Austin, Houston, and Dallas over the next three years.
In addition to extensive business acumen and franchising experience, the Houston-based Verge team will be an asset to the Lumin network. Founded by Raheel Suria, Syed Shah, Jawad Rawra, Malik Kheraj, and Ali Lakhany, this investment group operates nearly 200 franchise locations across the United States with renowned brands such as Marriott, Hilton and T-Mobile among others.
