Guillaume spent 27 years at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris, where he focused on advising clients in the consumer sector.
Guillaume held several senior leadership positions at the company, including managing partner for BCG France and European leader for the consumer business.
Guillaume will be responsible for enhancing value creation across McWin's portfolio while using his experience within the F&B industry to support McWin's growth.
Guillaume's knowledge of the food industry and his expertise in management make him the perfect fit for McWin.
