Nov. 29, 2022, TAIPEI, Taiwan /PRNewswire/ — The largest full-service provider in Germany’s broadcasting and media sector and a provider of 5G campus networks, Media Broadcast, and ASUS IoT, a global provider of AIoT solutions, have partnered. The collaboration demonstrates the dedication of both businesses to data-driven innovation and will lead to the implementation of smart city solutions across Germany.
The first project, which will serve as a testing ground for 5G and IoT technologies, will be located in Technology and Innovation Park Nordheide. A 25 hectare (61 acre) business district called TIP Park is located in Buchholz, Germany, not far from Hamburg. Media Broadcast is operating a cutting-edge 5G campus network inside the park. Using this infrastructure as a foundation, the park wants to become the go-to location for businesses looking for a setting that encourages the creation of cutting-edge technologies.
Five IoT smart city solutions will be put into place by ASUS IoT and Media Broadcast to help with parking, traffic management, security, waste management, and street lighting.
Norbert Krüger, Senior Solution and Bid Manager at Media Broadcast GmbH, said: “We look forward to working on more projects with ASUS IoT to provide innovation in flexible smart city solutions. “Our shared goal is to develop AIoT technologies to address present and upcoming problems. Together, we can hasten deployments to build modern cities thanks to ASUS’s quick development and dependable product quality.”
