Nerds On Site (NERDs) recently finished an extensive due diligence audit of a private USA company, in preparation for the next stage of their business expansion. Across multiple U.S. states, this company serves as a contract technology provider for local and state governments. To further on the significance of this procedure for the future of NERD, CEO Charlie Regan says, “Throughout the course of these thirty months and beyond, our two management teams have become quite familiar with one another, and we have found that our cultures are surprisingly comparable and aligned.
