In his new position, which he began on October 24, Mr. Dooley is in charge of all aspects of the business’ financial operations and answers to Vince Cole, the CEO.
With over 20 years of expertise in corporate finance, Mr. Dooley joins Ontellus. He has implemented financial changes for businesses of all kinds, from startups to large multinationals, for both family/founder-led and private equity-backed corporations. He most recently served as CFO at Encompass, a family- and private equity-owned software company for the food and beverage industry. Mr. Dooley served as the CFO at Fortress, CentralSquare, and BDP before joining Encompass. Additionally, he has held a number of financial and accounting positions with H&R Block, Ceridian, IBM, and 3M.
